Refund and Returns Policy

At Gemcouturee, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@gemcouturee.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if the desired item is not available, we will offer a refund.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gemcouturee.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. How to Initiate a Return
